February Festivities on the Riviera

Every year, February is just one long fiesta on the Côte d’Azur: the Mimosa festival in Mandelieu (near Cannes), the Nice Carnival and the Lemon Festival in Menton (on the French/Italian border). Dating back more than half a century, the traditional celebrations include floats, flower battles, fancy dress parades and night-time processions.
