InnerFrance is an independent news agency specialized in articles on French tourism, culture, heritage, lifestyle and French food. It offers 3 main services:

The founders

Olivier Chartier, 45, has been a journalist for 17 years. He was the assistant to the chief editor at Grands Reportages, then chief editor of Ulysse, two major travel magazines. He has also contributed to Géo, Le Monde, La Tribune, Air France Magazine and L’Equipe magazine. Currently living in Paris, he is also well-acquainted with Brittany, where he lived as a child, as well as the Cévennes Mountains and the Massif Central. His main interests, other than his children, range from rugby (Stade Toulousain) to golf, along with preparing delicious meals for his family. Olivier has written a novel published in 2010 by Editions Flammarion: Les Ombres de Boufarik.

Olivier Bauer, 40, was conceived in Italy, born in Belgium and has a German name. He lives in Paris, takes care of a vineyard in Aveyron and likes to swim on the French Riviera. Olivier holds a degree in literature from the Sorbonne and has made two documentary films: one on Swiss author Nicolas Bouvier; the other about the men of the Taj Mahal. He has written a number of French travel guides published in the Lonely Planet (Corsica, The Aquitaine and Basque country, Reunion Island, The Coast and islands of Brittany, Out to Eat Paris). He was long-term contributor to major French newspapers and magazines : Géo, Le Monde, Les Echos, Air France magazine, Animan, Ulysse, Notre Temps, etc.
Journalists
InnerFrance works with specialized journalists: travel writers, food writers, arts critics, lifestyle specialists. All journalists writing for InnerFrance are professionals, and are either French or live in France. They all contribute, or have contributed in the past, to major French magazines. Our utmost concern is to work with highly skilled reporters and writers.
Translators
InnerFrance uses only experienced translators, specialized in journalism and literature, who translate from French into their mother tongue. InnerFrance guarantees translation of its articles into the world’s most widely spoken languages (English, Spanish, German, Russian, Arabic, Japanese, Chinese, Portuguese, Italian…).
Ethics and Confidentiality
InnerFrance is an independent news agency, not a communication agency. The agency and its journalists are independent and have no links to the French tourist authority or the various tourism professionals in France.
InnerFrance journalists comply with the code of ethics as defined by the Munich declaration of the duties and rights of the journalists (1971).
InnerFrance journalists agree to remain impartial to the people, organizations or service providers mentioned in their articles.
The information provided by InnerFrance is always up-to-date. Previously written articles are always updated before being republished.
InnerFrance guarantees its clients geographical exclusivity for articles ordered, as defined by contract.
Innerfrance will meet the agreed-upon deadline for articles.
